First we'll book a 20-minute video call consultation. Then we'll discuss your brand and business goals & needs. If we are a good fit to work together, I'll put together a custom proposal with different options I feel best fit your business needs and budget. Once you've reviewed and accepted the proposal, a contract and invoice will be sent over. Once the contract is signed and the deposit paid, you will recieve a welcome packet with all the information you will need for the project. Then the design process begins! The package includes a comprehensive brand strategy, custom brand identity, and any other digital or print collateral. The specific scope is customized to your needs. The design package may include: Brand strategy PDF, copywriting support, primary logo, alternate logos, submarks, custom color palette, font curation, brand style guide, photography guidelines, social media templates, brand illustration, custom gifs, business cards, email signature, letterhead design, keynote presentation design, or layout design.

Timframe depends on client communication & project scope but most projects take 7-9 weeks. We prioritize delivering an exceptional design service and allow the time necessary to intentionally craft design systems that perfectly fit you & your needs.

The investment varies, but Most projects range between $1,100-2,200 depending on the project scope and deliverables.
02 / design vip day
Perfect for small businesses who are “DIY-ing” their design assets and are ready to save time and do more by giving their design tasks off to a professional. We take a full day to design a small branding system, Social media templates, or any other collateral we can get to in a day. Month-to-month retainer projects are also available upon request.
+ How does it work?
First we'll book a 30-minute video call to talk about the projects you're considering scheduling and assess your marketing goals. Once we are clear on the project goals and deliverables, we'll book the design intensive. Then we'll collect all the brand assets, photo, video, copy, and project specs needed. We'll spend a whole day working on your designs, checking in with you mid-day to show progress and receive feedback. Finally, we'll deliver the finished creations through your Canva account or through an organized Google Drive folder.

Specific design assets are customized to the clients needs. Projects may include: social media post designs, instagram story templates, email design, business card, thumbnail graphics, keynote deck, a simple branding system, or other branded deliverables. All projects include 1 round of refinement.
*Please note this package is not a replacement for a custom brand identity. Those projects take 7-9 weeks.

After booking, most projects are delivered within 1-2 days. Month to month retainer projects vary depending on the decided project timeline & scope.

Most projects start at $200 for a half day, and $400 for a whole day. Month to month retainer rates are available upon request.

03 / The brand strategy package
We understand that investing in a custom brand identity is a big step for your business. We offer the option to go through the discovery + strategy part of the process separately. This allows you to get all the necessary strategy and basic creative direction without the cost of a full visual design system. Then, if you decide your business is ready for a full custom brand identity, you can continue on in the process. This is our number one recommended step to achieve clarity, balance, and growth in your business.

First, we'll book a 20-minute video call consultation. Then, we'll discuss your brand and business goals & needs. If we are a good fit, I'll put together a custom brand strategy proposal. When you've reviewed and accepted the proposal, a contract and invoice will be sent over. Once the contract is signed, and the deposit paid, you will receive a welcome email with all the information you'll need for the project. You'll book a 90+ minute discovery call where, using design thinking, we'll have an in-depth discussion all about you, your brand, and your business. After some research, I'll put together a comprehensive 10+ page brand strategy PDF. We will work together to refine it, and I'll help you seamlessly apply it to your brand & business. If you would like to continue working together after this, we can discuss further options.

The package includes a 90+ minute brand discovery call, 10+ page brand strategy PDF, copywriting support, basic design direction, and 1 round of refinement.

04 / The mini brand design package
This package is perfect for those still discovering their brand + business and not yet ready to invest in a full brand design package. We understand those in their first or second year of business need simple design assets to get started but might not need the full breadth & depth of a custom brand identity. This package is designed to provide temporary design solutions as you focus on getting started as a business.
+ How does it work?
After a 20-minute consultation call I will put together a project proposal. Once the proposal is reviewed and accepted, I will send over a contract and invoice. After the contract is signed, and deposit paid, I will email you a welcome packet with all the project details. You will then fill out a 2-3 page brand questionnaire. We will review the brand questionnaire together, and then the design process will commence. Review the rest of the process here.
*Please note this package does not include the full brand startegy that is included in most of our services. We highly suggest an in depth brand strategy for most businesses.

This package includes 1-2 pages of brand guidelines, a moodboard, color palette, font curation, 2 logo concepts, and a submark.
