Week 7 internship

Monday:

During Monday of my seventh week at the internship, I focused on creating assets for the TSS Core Challenge app. Although these assets required considerable time and effort, it was rewarding to see the impact of my work within the app. Additionally, I worked on designing mantra templates for TSS's Instagram account. While at times it may feel repetitive to design similar content repeatedly, the mantra templates offered a refreshing change and helped me break free from that sensation. Throughout this internship, I have learned the importance of being detail-oriented and continuously pushing my designs to new heights. Even when I feel satisfied with a design, I now understand the value of exploring further possibilities and pushing boundaries to achieve exceptional results. This experience has instilled in me a commitment to excellence and a determination to continuously refine and improve my design skills.

Wednesday:

On Wednesday of my seventh week during the internship, I focused on creating graphics for our client Heike's July social media content. This task involved designing 8-12 social graphics, which presented a unique blend of enjoyment and difficulty. Heike recently underwent a rebranding, and it was challenging to navigate the balance between adhering to the current branding guidelines while still ensuring the graphics were visually appealing. Nonetheless, it was fulfilling to see the client post these graphics on her Instagram and witness the positive reception they received. Additionally, I received some general design feedback from TSS (The Stylist Studio). This experience served as a reminder that even when I feel like I can anticipate the client's preferences, I must remain humble as I cannot read their mind. Instead, I strive to be attentive and do my best to meet their expectations. This internship has taught me the importance of effective communication and adaptability in delivering designs that align with the client's vision.
