Week 9 internship
Monday
On Monday of week 9, I delved into more email designs for JW, TSS, and LM, which comes as no surprise as it's a significant part of my work at the studio. However, I must admit that I've developed a genuine passion for email designs and find joy in creating them. What makes it even more rewarding is knowing that these emails have a tangible impact on the businesses' profitability and contribute to our success. Today was a particularly gratifying day as we received positive feedback from JW about her emails. Nailing down her preferred design style was a challenge since she lacked a clear branding, but we finally achieved a style she approves of, which is a big win. Additionally, I had the pleasure of working on another email for LM, one of my influencer clients at MHS. Designing her emails is always a delight, as they exude a sleek and feminine aesthetic that aligns perfectly with her brand. Overall, Monday was a day filled with creative satisfaction and successful outcomes, reaffirming my love for email designs and my commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Wednesday
Today was an incredibly enjoyable and fulfilling day at the studio. The majority of my shift was dedicated to working on an exciting TSS project. They are gearing up to release merch later this year and requested numerous mockups showcasing different designs on various merchandise items. This task required extensive use of Photoshop, and spending ample time in the program proved to be a valuable learning experience. In total, we submitted around 50 mockups to TSS. I must admit, there were a couple of designs that I absolutely adored and would be thrilled to order when they are released. I'm eager to hear their feedback and hope they love them as much as I do. Melissa even mentioned she would buy one for me once the merch drops. This experience further solidifies my affection for the workplace and the projects we undertake, making me truly grateful for the opportunities and support I receive at the studio.
